Webster’s journey with biltong started in his grandfather’s kitchen, where he learned the art of biltong making from the best over 20 years ago. He is the guardian of the secret family recipe that has been passed down for generations.
Webster’s deep respect for tradition and dedication to quality ensure that every packet of Chilli Bites you enjoy is a tribute to his family’s legacy.

Charles: The Production Mechanic
Charles is the powerhouse of our production team, handling the heavy lifting and the essential stages of biltong preparation. He is responsible for selecting the finest cuts of meat, expertly slicing them, and hanging them to dry with meticulous care and hygiene.
Charles also manages local deliveries, ensuring that our Chilli Bites reach businesses and customers in Victoria Falls and beyond.
